I don't see evidence of tooling or casting; nice luster in hand; the rim is in three parts as I've read authentic specimens are minted. Design wise: I love the design artwork of St Gauden's $20 Double Eagle, but always had some problem with the obverse of the $10 St Gauden's Eagle. Reverse nicely balanced but obverse Indian head off center to one side (unbalanced) I am well aware that others disagree with me. That's OK. Report this Post to the Staff
