ID Help - Greek, Roman?

Pretty sure it's a Caracalla provincial..
Crescent/star reverse..Maybe from Mesopotamia, Carrhae.
At least a good place to start searching.

I wonder if this may be a variant of a Varbanov 2115 from Serdica, with CEΡΔΩN reverse. I think I may see the bottom of a delta at 1:00 of the reverse. "Variant" because of the presence of the crescent.

And, I'm even wondering if Wallet's coin may be from the same obverse die as the WW coin, Here's a comparison of the right obverse lettering, below. There are a couple of correspondences, including the indented curve of the upper part of the omega - like a bite has been taken out of it. The uneven length of the "feet" (and serifs) of the omega correspond too.
