on the reverse of this 1958 D cent in the word E-Pluribus could it be doubled or is it machine bubbling hope it's a ladder

I agree, it is not a DDR and there are no listings for that year either.

The PLU looks like a Struck Through Grease issue with these devices. On the Dots they will be enlarged on a DDR on the wheat cents:
1958-D-On-The-Reverse-Is-E-Pluribus-Doubled
Note on a DDR on the EPU area would enlarge the dots and the devices?
