I see Machine Doubling, value is 1 cent.

It's MD but still a keeper for me !!

because the internal die break in the letter b in Liberty. I keep a separate album of BIE and Radom filled letters in Liberty.

Machine Doubling and a Die Chip, on the B in Liberty. Don't send it in for grading. It's only worth a few cents at most.
