HondoB Bedrock of the Community United States 25731 Posts	Posted 11/04/2023 9:24 pm This medallion is approximately the size of a US half dollar (30.47 mm vs. 30.61) but thicker (2.45 mm vs. 1.8 mm) and heavier (14.48 g vs. 12.5 g). tissue test result was similar to a Walking Liberty half as compared to a clad Kennedy half, so I believe it is made of silver. Searches on Google and Google Lens yielded no matching results - same with a CCF search. No major events seemed to have occurred on 6/1/1920. Library of Congress newspaper search for Aaron Goldsmith (engraved on reverse) in the years 1915 - 1925 was also fruitless. I cannot decipher the autograph on the obverse (T A Cufman?). That's one thing I like about collecting medals, it's often a mystery as to where, when or why it was issued. I enjoy the research even if I do tend to hit a lot of dead ends. And yes, I own it but it was in a large lot of mostly junk medals, medallions, and tokens that I won in an auction. Joe, I've tried searching for every permutation of T. A. and F. A.
