I don't think it's an RPM bc it doesn't match any listings but I also can't identify what other type of error would cause this. Any insight would be helpful, thanks.

The mint mark shows flattening , to me it does not look like an RPM.

not seeing an RPM here, just possibility of circulation flattening.

But - just because you can't find a listing for a known RPM, don't mean that you won't find a previously unknown one.
