Hi There: A bit off topic but, does anyone know where I can find info on Canadian Tire money. I'm looking for a site similar to Coins and Canada that I have visited in the past but can't seem to find now and don't remember its name. Thanks

Canadian Tire is a Canada wide chain of stores selling a variety of merchandise including tires. When making a purchase at Canadian tire, the purchaser is given a small percentage back in the form of Canadian Tire money which originally was in the form of paper notes. The notes have a value printed on them from 1 cent up in different amounts. The notes can be used as full or partial payment in the stores for merchandise. Even if you paid in Canadian Tire money you would receive a percentage of Canadian Tire money back so you would seemingly never be able to get rid of them. The practice continues but is now electronic.
