Augustus III Of Poland, 1754--Denomination?

I don't usually find coins like this in bargain bins, and I this one has some character.
It's slightly thinner on one side, which might explain the loss of detail.
Doing a little research and judging by the details,
it appears to be Augustus III of Poland-Lithuania.
Any idea as to denomination? Thanks!

I think itīs a Tympf (18 Groszy) Billion from Augustus III of Poland (Large Bust). Itīs worth about 10 Dollars.

It can't be an 18 groszy because they were larger and silver. I have one.

This coin is a 1754H:
- solidus (if it's visibly smaller than a US cent), or
- grosz (if it's the same size as an US cent)

Both had the same designs.

This coin is 21mm in diameter and 3.3gr, so I'd say that's a Grosz.

In my opinion it's grosz (solidus was smaller - and only head of August III was at the coin, but here we have bigger portrait).
