Here are the pictures.I was wondering first is it me or does Lincoln look funny with a bulgy eye or something... And seconds is this an error or a variant and what do y'all think it would be worth?

, glad you can ask and join us!

It appears like this cent has something on it, most likely glue or epoxy resin. A good soak in acetone (100% concentration) should remove it, although the underlying Zlinclon cent (2000-D) is a very common date worth face value.

So, I see no errors on this one, though errors do indeed exist on modern Lincoln cents

Yes, try the 100% acetone soak--may eliminate or reduce what appears to be dried crud/film.

Damaged face value cent alright, but a cool keeper anyway.

looks like residue rings from sitting in a vehicle drink cup holder along with other coins. Acetone will take that off too.
