So I found a nickel while coin roll hunting and it has 2 clipped areas, I'm not sure if it is an error or post mint damage.

those clips are so close together that the circumference overlaps. I don't think this is a double clip.

This is not a double clip - at best, it is a curved clip and a straight one. The curved clip done by the blanking machine and the straight one was at the edge of the material. But I don't see any signs of the 'Blakely Effect'

But the thing is it's a triple clip. Look at the TRU, and follow it around to the reverse at UN. Nice find. Not all clips have the effect.
