When I was CRH in 2022 I found some 2021 nickels that had a "matte/frosted" reverse and I posted the following:

I still find the odd one CRH today and have only found around 40 so far. I was wondering if any other coin roll hunters see these?

Yes, I have seen them and didn't see the point in adding these to the album. It could be residue on the coins from washing.
