Here's a trio of classic-era US commemorative half dollars that were authorized via a Resolution of Congress vs. the more typical Bill: 1925 Battle of Lexington-Concord Sesquicentennial, 1926 American Indepedence Sesquicentennial and 1936 Landing of the Swedes in Delaware.
