thq Pillar of the Community United States 3347 Posts	Posted 05/19/2024 11:19 am I would put the dime on my key ring. I put holed coins on 1/4" split rings, then hang those on the larger ring. This allows the coins to hang free and not tangle up with the keys and pocket. As the site's motto says, What's In Your Pocket? Old coins! Seeker_101 Pillar of the Community United States 1791 Posts	Posted 05/19/2024 7:17 pm Except for that gaping hole, the dime isn't actually all that bad. The Indian Head cent was just because I've become obsessed with the American Civil War era lately. But coins like this make me wonder about the people that handled them. Was the Indian Head cent buried before a battle as Roman soldiers used to do? They also bring a realness to the history for me. Report this Post to the Staff
