It was likely produced in 1964 to introduce the new JFK half dollar. The album includes pages to store the last year of Franklin and the first year of JFK half dollar coins. It remains to be seen if they'll add a seventh page for 2028 onwards. I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to break up both the 7166 and 8166 into two albums like they did with Jefferson nickels.
