1986 Philadelphia LC. I see doubling on the l in Liberty. Markings around the rim and I don't know what error is on the right obvers of the coin and if it is causing a doubling effect with the date. On the reverse the coin has some markings and of the letters. Also marks in the memorial. I would like some help understand this coin please.

sorry, I didn't get back sooner - the apparent doubling (the 2 letters) of I in Liberty is from DDD the die was just wearing out.
