This multi colored nickel has it's circulation issues but is quiet beautiful. The coin weights 4.95 g. Would is be considered silver?

Interesting looking color/toning. And yes - it's a " War Nickel" so 35% silver

If these pics are truly representative of the color, that's quite unusual. It's interesting but leaves me wondering what's actually going on there.

As mentioned above, it's 35% silver. The odd War Nickel mix of silver, copper (56%), and manganese (9%) is known for its yellowiish and/or blackish toning, so this coin has likely had some atypical environmental exposure over the years.
