Smallcentguy Pillar of the Community Canada 1984 Posts	Posted 01/07/2025 10:57 pm I have spent a certain amount of time restoring old coins. I am not sure this is cleaned but there is for sure some environmental damage at a minimum. Maybe a form of verdigris from spending some time in a PVC flip. I would do the WD40 treatment on this one. There are probably references to it here. A quick spray or soak with WD40. A quick brush with a cotton swab....no rubbing! Then wash in Dawn, rinse and pat dry. No rubbing!
