can you please take a picture of the reverse of the coin as well just like you did the obverse? What I can tell you right away though is this would not be considered a "Gem Coin" which is High MS (Mint State) condition, like MS67 and above on the Sheldon Scale.

Looks like a very much used nickel. Is it sitting on top of a coin with reeded edge or is that a bottle cap?
