This looks like an off-center strike. But there might be something else going on.

That's actually a Broadstrike, not an Off Center strike. https://www.error-ref.com/broadstrikes/ Not sure what caused the damage on the right side of the coin though.

Too bad about the damage, it would have been a nice looking broadstrike (a coin that was struck out of collar).

Very nice broadstrike. I don't remember ever seeing one with the other damage on the right side like this one. It needs to be put in some sort of air tight holder to help keep the zinc erosion from continuing.
