Since this is over tolerance, do these carry any premium?

That is only slightly over the tolerance of around 5.20 g and I doubt there would be a premium. Your scale may need to be recalibrated also.

It is only .04g overweight even if your scale is accurate.
Such a small amount would not bring any premium.
But it is a nice looking nickel.

While that isn't so far over tolerance, it's curious for a proof nickel. I would stash it in a 2x2 as a slightly unusual coin.

Typical run of the mill proof nickel for the period.
Nothing special about it . No deep cam , typical strike .
Dealer bargain bins yield these treasures for a dollar to
two dollars .
