I'd say F-15 on the Obverse, but the Rev VF-20+, maybe 30. Always look for many repunches and Mechanical Doubling on the 81's. Without a larger picture, I'd say yours is Obv 1a/Obv1.

I'd say F15 as well but could go VF20 at some TPG's.

Agree that the reverse is higher than the obverse...VF20/F15. Not uncommon with these coins.
