I believe the mint mark, date (specifically the 9 & 2), and obverse die scratches / lack of reverse die scratches are a good match to Stage C. http://www.varietyvista.com/02a%20L...2SRPM005.htm Thank you! RPM-017 was second in my mind, but I'm clearly not doing too well yet! It does appear further to the right than 005.
