I've still yet to find a Cud, small or otherwise, while searching so I'm unsure. Opinions would be appreciated!

I'm thinking it's a hit rather than a Cud. You can see the displaced metal from the hit. PMD.

Yes, if there are indentations from a hit with metal movement that's 100% damage.
