Looks like PMD to me, rather than a Struck Through error.

I agree with the damage but that is an all around strange looking Lincoln Cent.

yeah, on the obverse I can see the zinc core - which means that the copper plating was scraped off.
On the Reverse - the marks are circulation hits.

Yup.. makes sense Dearborn, that coin has been in my trucks center console for a while. Today I decided to catch up with some interior detail & clean up and thought maybe I would take a look at some of the saved change just for kicks :)

I have a bunch of stuff in storage that I'm still working through after a few years and I find some interesting cent coins. There is another 90-100,000 cents sitting behind this stack. I'm not really cent kinda guy, I like Silver, just work on the batch when I have some free time.
