The most dramatic among several unlisted 2023 Eleanor Roosevelt quarter doubled dies I have acquired through circulation is the specimen exhibited here. It features a wide, bold spread directly on the top line of the right bowl of the scales.

I think that is part of the design - the 'far side of the bowl'
I can even se that on the clad and silver proof versions which are different dies.

It is a DDR. I've scoped dozens of this design and this is the only coin to have the rear line.

I'm glad someone else found one of these! It was the only Eleanor Roosevelt DDR I found.

I'm not sure what it is, but every time I think I've got a handle on DDO / DDR determination, something like this shows up.

Certainly a doubled die, nice find!

You can see in a few of the closeups for coins with doubling, that line is *not* normally there: https://www.doubleddie.com/3297993.html
