I think the gash at star 2 is PMD as the star also is damaged. VF details (corroded) probable value would be reduced significantly maybe as high as 75% as its a common year. if it was a nice example it would be in the $75 range, so maybe $20. when you are talking damaged coins most collectors would consider it a filler coin.
