US 10 Cents 1988-P: Double Misaligned Die, Something Else, Or Big Nothing?

I'm not too savvy in the way of error coins, and I'm trying to figure out this dime. It appears that both the obverse and reverse dies are misaligned on opposite sides of the coin (it has normal coin rotation). Reeding appears normal.
Am I interpreting this correctly, and is it a spender or a keeper?

Looks like a Dual Misalignment. It's a spender to me, but you can keep it still, if you want to. https://www.error-ref.com/dual-misa...f-both-dies/
