I need some help identifying this roman coin. Size 22mm (without bordure). Weight 13.86 Gramm ((with bordure).

Are you sure you are reading measurement correctly ?
While I cannot 'condemn' the coin based on appearance alone .
22mm is simply out of the question !

You are right ... I made a mistake. Size is 28mm without bordure. I aplogise for the confusion.

Weight is correct with 13.86 Gramm.

I think it's Vespasian, reverse Pax standing before an altar, probably a dupondius. It looks genuine to me but might be cast counterfeit. It's worn and porous. I don't know which mint. You could look for similar examples on acsearch.info.
