A recent antique store find, it is almost annoyingly close to FS!

Obvious doubling on Liberty/Star/Date/IGWT but I'm not seeing a match on Brian's site or VV

There is a small lamination, or struck through rim finning debris, through GOD.

I think it's Master Die Doubling. I believe that the '43 War Nickels were known for Master Die Doubling. https://www.error-ref.com/master-die-doubling/
