Yeah, I'm pretty sure Paypal is in the US, and I don't think it is a state yet, at least I can't find it on a map. Maybe they started out there in 1867 when the internet was first discovered.

I think you are right - I have seen his name before. DingDing1975 might be one of few legit sellers in China, but he is certainly swimming in a sea of fraud around him.
