Found three silver dimes (1938 Mercury, 1946 & 1964-D Roosys), and my first 2024-P this past week...  CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

Been feeding the silver Rosie dime album and the overflow tube to the tune of 84 silver dimes since Jan 1. This album had FIVE coins in it at the beginning of the year, I've added a few mercs to a dansco album given to me by one of my brothers, have a full roll of 50 duplicate Rosie silvers and just yesterday started overflow roll #2. Been through a LOT of dimes this year as the silver quest took root. Hoping to hit 100 silver dimes before we close out 2024!  |

Bought some dimes last week in a neighboring town and got through them on my lunch hour today... Much to my pleasant surprise and shock, look what was at the end of one of the CWR...     In all of my years of hunting, I had never found a silver 1955 coin of ANY denomination, so this is a  too! Additionally, it brings me to within 3 dimes of completing a silver Roosevelt dime set from CRH. I'm now only missing the 1950-S, 1955 Philly, and 1955-D coins! Nice, John77. Across 781 boxes of dimes, I've only found two 1955-S and two 1955-P dimes. The only dime I still need to complete my collection is the 1955-D.

That's amazing that you're within one... I figure, given where I live (SoCal now, moving to the Vegas-area sometime late next year), I'll stumble upon a '50-S someday... but I'm thinking the only way I find a '55-P and/or '55-D is if a collection dump somehow finds me.
