Quote: Bought some dimes last week in a neighboring town and got through them on my lunch hour today...Much to my pleasant surprise and shock, look what was at the end of one of the CWR... Outstanding! Quote:Here's my updated CRH/circ finds/Coinstar finds silver Roosevelt dimes folder: Looking good!

A few dozen more CWR have yielded 3 silver dimes in the past week. Today's modest 10 CWR have up this 1959 P stunner.

Today I managed to pick up 9 dime rolls from one of my favorite local branches. One of them was machine-wrapped 2023 P so I only went through the other 8 CWR. Typically nowhere near enough to find silver. However, five rolls in, I noticed a heavy roll just by feel, and I do not have a highly calibrated hand so I knew right away something was different. As soon as I opened it up and poured it out into my hand, I heard the evidence confirming what I suspected - a whole lotta silver. In fact that one roll had THIRTY silver dimes in it; 3 mercury and 27 rosies. Mercs 1944 x2 and 1945, and rosies ranging from 1948 to 1964 (I think 11 were 1964 P/D). A 1957 D filled a slot in the album and the remainders were dupes that now reside in a tube. Oddly enough just this morning I told one of my kids that we had 88 silver dimes on the year and to crack 100 we would need a Christmas miracle. Must have been an omen. As fortune would have it, the other 7 CWR gave up just one 1948 P but not complaints here!

Blew right past 100! Make it 120, teller had a 1963 D silver dime on the counter yesterday. Funny how good one gets at spotting the silver edge!

Quote: Keeping the streak alive in $100 of MWR/CWR (an even $50 of each). The mercury came out of the MWR. 1948 P only stood out as the edge was dark without any clad.it's silver, but not very appealing. 1950 P was an upgrade for the album. Fantastic!
