coppercoins has 3 DDR's listed for that year and they all involve the EPLUB area and the dot.

I can't really tell from the pics if there is anything going on, but you might want to look closer at that area.

All I see is a normal coin. What is doubled?

Like I said,really bad scan,,and was just wanted to know if a error existed,I shouldnt have posted the scan,,was just asking for some information,,my bad.
