Details: Plate Position Letters and Numbers - H2 Federal Reserve District Numbers - 2 Federal Reserve District Seal - B: new york Series Date - 1977 A Serial Number - B 15032421 * Plate Serial Numbers - H1512 Good condition no tears, folds,discoloration, mark of any kind been kept in a plastic protection sleeve in a flat safe place. To someone else it might be worth framing, to yet another person it might be worth that $25 quoted to you earlier.
