Those just look like scratches. Neither one looks raised from the photo, but if it is raised, it is more than likely a die gouge (a scratch on the die itself).

Im afraid the others are correct ,, Post mint damage probly from a sharp knife of some kind, Utility or otherwise.

I see both. Look deep into scratched surface area for signs of after manafacture pushed metal displacement. The other, horizontal, line looks to be a minor die crack or gouge error. Gusp
