As long as it is not a problem coin and you like the appearance of the coin, I think it is a good deal. The greysheet ask price is $160 for XF 1912-D, but you usually have to pay a premium for a PCGS coin. Numismedia values an XF40 at $192. Report this Post to the Staff
fenton Pillar of the Community United States 4989 Posts	Posted 01/11/2011 11:42 am That is a good price for a 1912-D in XF40 and a very good price for one in XF45 the link is broken but assuming there's nothing wrong in the photos (sometimes "ugly" coins get slabbed) I'd say go for it.
