I noticed that there seems a line (die scratch) from the top of her neck to the bottom of her neck. There is something I'm just not sure what it is because most of the line is straight. Overpolished die, the Royal Canadian Mint is trying to extend the die life. The devices of the die (negative relief) are no longer sharply defined from the fields - the extra metal flows out during the strike. This is commonly seen on the obverses of the 1962, 1964 and 1978 and 1979 strikes.
