This dose not look like most DDO coins. The date looks Doubled. What do you thing this is?

Plating split doubling. Not an error or variety. Common on a lot of post '82 cents.

I don't think it's a plating issue, I think it's a worn die( a.k.a. Die Deterioration.) Very common, worth one cent.
