Help On A 1983 D LMC

I'm a newbie to the error field...

There are 3 areas I have questions about.

1. There is an arching line traveling from Lincoln's shirt to the tail of the "9". Is this a die break?
2. There is a raised horizontal line above the "9" in the date.

3. There is a bright copper mess under Lincoln's beard - what is that,? PMD?

Most likely it's a gas trail bubble but this is also the location of a die clash mark. Above the 9 is a gas bubble.Under the beard looks like a chemical stain of some sort.IMHO,
