yeah I bought that coin to crack it out for my type set album. Seriously though that is not mad money to tell you the truth, that is only a drop in the bucket in the world of numismatics
I love collecting and relish rummaging through discount cases at the coin shop, but that kind of money is incomprehensible to me. I can not call it crazy or anything like that because I have no idea what being able to spend that amount would be like. I'll just stick to finding cheap Barber dimes!
eh...that's just a fraction of what the 1933 st. gaudens sold for. And I'm pretty sure the Eliasberg 1913 V nickel sold for around $4 million.
