The mint marks are hand punched. Below the date and East of the bust is the target area. There are many that are close to the Date, but to me it is nothing to get excited about. You see people ripping people off for these on ebay. The 1946 I don't see anything different from the image provided. You didn't note the center of the 5 on the second image. That is a die chip. The dies from the 1950's were over worked past normal retirement.
