I have almost the same story as wrestling_135!

I found a white gold ring with 25 diamonds set into the face. I have no idea of how much it was worth, but I gave it to my Mom. She past away a few years ago and I'm not sure where the ring is now.

Finding it was one of those WOW moments. I'll always remember how I couldn't wait to get home and show it to someone!

I've posted this before, but I did find a CAR with my detector once. It was buried facing nose up in the sand of a beach. The area was known for people dumping old cars, so I wasn't shocked. It still had a partial Texas tag on it. I uncovered enough to tell it was an early '60s Chevy. I didn't dig any more than the grille out, so I don't know if anyone was still in the car.

I found a 1903 IHC next to a tree in my backyard about 4 inches deep. I also found a gold and diamond ring in the sand at Salt Fork state park that I sold for $50.

This was my best jewelry find..... a 22k, 28gr necklace. I sold it for around $1000 when gold spot was around $900. I wish I had it today.

No-date Standing Liberty quarter in my front yard. I'd walked over the spot hundreds of times.

I found a car once. But it was only a couple of inches long ...

Nice finds sarkany! I wish mine were as great as yours. I've only been able to go out a few times this year and all my finds are just clad coins, junk rings, and 1 silver ring.
