Coins Identified! Gotta Love This Site~! Came across these coins today, Looking to see if I can get some help with Identifying them. Both are Similar coins, different metals(1907 one is Magenetic, 1915 is not, looks bronze)   Purely No Clue, not even sure what side is Up   FOUND - Worn 1943 10 Milliemes - Egypt   VERY worn, I know I've seen this image before:  Identified - moved to World Coins forum - SapEdited by sch1tz0fr3nik

The 3rd photo titled 'purely no clue' is an Indian coin from the Princely state of Kutch.
It is a silver Kori dated 1935 AD. It has the English monarch George V on one side.
edit: on re-reading it appears to be a 1 kori.

There is no one pictured on the Kutch coin, that is true, but the text written on it says in Urdu;
George V kaiser Hind Bhuj zarb 1935
which means;
George V Emperor of India, minted in Bhuj, 1935 A.D

Agandau - Ah well thanks for the Info, It seems to be very difficult to find out About some of these coins here in the US, Dont have a World Coin book.
Is the Kutch Coin Actually Silver?

I don't have a World coin book either, it is just that I collect Kutch coins and I do have a book on those.
The silver content varies with the piece. The largest coin, the 5 Kori has the most silver being 937 fine, (better than sterling), but the smaller 1 Kori silver coins had less being about only 60% of its weight is silver.
It therefore has only a few dollars worth of silver in it, but as a collectible coin it is worth more, say about $6 - $8.
The mint at Bhuj was incredibly productive, and a lot of their production was stockpiled, which means that there is a lot of UNC quality pieces around.

agandau - Wow, Learn something new every day...To think, Got the Coin for .25 US Cents in a pile of random Coins at a Antique shop.
I've just been picking up unique Items to add to the collection.

Some of them have arabic writings, perhaps egyptian or Ottoman since they were similar in terms of letters.
