I deal with a guy who found a Gold coin in a roll of nickels. It was a 1898 $5 coin, in VF condition.
I am happy when I find a buffalo.. No teeth yet.

I found a tooth in a roll of cents one time!

Put rolls of coin in sock. Hit mugger in mouth with sock. Return rolls to bank.

I found a clear plastic disc, in a cent roll one time. I've also found, a completely blank planchet, and part of a letter, (words written on paper), just tucked in between the cents.

Just last week got my first coin from Austria (a 2 Groschen minted in 1935). Also found a 1964D Roosevelt dime in the same batch!

No question about it, CWR Lincoln cents are my favorite rolls to search!

I've found a lot of foreigns and a few tokens: weirdest was probably a history channel club token in a roll of nickels. The most depressing I've found were 2 dimes in half roll, a machine wrapped half roll, in place of 2 halves.

That is great. I've found two of those plastic cents over the last two years. Perhaps the new cent composition? It would correspond with the appropriate value.
