What is this?
I found in some friendly old house and give me like a gift. But no idea what is this. Perhaps some medal or some jewellery art?
It's about 50mm diameter...
The second side don't have nothing or is destroying?

That would be my guess - some kind of tourist jewellery piece, made to look older than it really is.

well I know that my friend have it from grand father so it's about 60-70 years old...Also I know that this family have relations with Turkish community in past.

A winged figure on horseback can be found on some Roman artefacts, and it's possible it carried through into Byzantine culture.
