Cud Or Die Break

This is a die chip inside that device.
On the 0 in the date there is a pin that comes out from the center to form the inside part of the zero.
On the 9 the area is normally opened.
So the chip started on the inside and spread out to the edge of the 9's field, making it look like a closed 9.
No premium for this. Not a Cud. ( Cuds involve the outer edge of the die)
