Their attributions aren't fully trusted because they've been known to make mistakes. Same with PCGS sadly. Anacs is the only slab to be 100% confident that a VAM is correctly idetified on the label. However if you like NGC send it to them but don't pay to have them VAM it and after its slabbed send it to @Messydesk's VSS service for his attribution and tamper resistant sticker.
