Hi,

Is this a misalignment error?
I was also wondering if the "gouges" were just unfortunate gouges, or mintage error?
Help with grading and possible value would be appreciated!

(Penny was in a 20 yo roll.)

(The pics of the obverse are a tiny bit out of focus, somehow could not get a nice one, even when trying to take pic through magnifier, while it worked really well for the reverse? )

Slight MAD on Rev, scratches...PMD not die gouges
