2006-P Roosevelt Raised Roller Lines/Lamination?

At first I wondered if the does were sanded with sand paper, but the rolling lines are mostly removed from the upper areas of the devices.But looking at the reverse on the leaves, I see that it is still showing the roller lines there. Also the rim areas are still showing the lines. So it is just a circulated coin that has worn the tops of the higher devices from the coins devices. Interesting coin. But still not a keeper. Images I will keep for now.
