1973 Kennedy (Regular Strike) With "s" Mint Mark?

It has proof like qualities and I found what looks like a "S" mint mark. Could this be a mint error or just an early strike? Thoughts please! Thanks, Report this Post to the Staff

If it were an 'S' mint mark, it would be raised (not incuse as damage is) and the coin would be a proof coin. There were no business strike 'S' mint marks that year on the half dollar. I don't get excited about what it looks like it could be. I get excited when it is a real deal that is a variety. Report this Post to the Staff
